It won't do, to dream of caramel...
To think of cinnamon, and long for you...
It won't do to stir a deep desire...
To fan a hidden fire that can never burn true...
So goodbye, sweet appetite...
No single bite could satisfy.
Thick Caramel
1/2 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
6 oz. sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
Bring the butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and sweetened condensed milk to a boil over medium-high heat stirring to combine. Then, with a wooden spoon, stir all ingredients together and then slowly add the milk.
Continue to stir for about 5-10 minutes until the caramel coats the spoon thickly. It is important to continuously stir the mixture.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and salt. Stir for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing to cool slightly, then use wisely.

I came here for the caramel recipe but had a pause when I glanced at your photo. Now where have I seen her? She looks familiar! Is she an actress? How odd. So I started reading your blog from the beginning. I can honestly say one of your things in a meme have been answered. To be recognized as an actress. I think I will add you to my reader and watch you grow in your journey. :)
